Terms and Conditions

§ 1. Definitions

  1. Service Provider - Akademia Negocjacji Sp. z o.o., ul. Warszawska 6 lok. 32, 15-063 Białystok, Poland, NIP (tax ID): 9662164188, KRS: 0000975137.
  2. Website - the website available at negocjator.warszawa.pl, run by the Service Provider.
  3. User - a natural person using the Website.
  4. Newsletter - a periodic e-mail with educational content, sent to people who have agreed to receive it.

§ 2. General provisions

  1. These Terms set out the rules for using the Website, including the Newsletter and the contact form.
  2. Using the Website means accepting these Terms.
  3. Using the Website requires a device with internet access and an up-to-date web browser.

§ 3. Services

  1. The Website presents the negotiation, advisory and training services provided by the Service Provider.
  2. The detailed terms of individual services (negotiation on your behalf, consulting, training) are agreed individually after contact is made through the form.
  3. The Website also contains blog articles on negotiation, which are educational and informational in nature.

§ 4. Contact form

  1. The contact form makes it possible to send an enquiry to the Service Provider.
  2. Sending the form requires a name, an e-mail address and the content of the message.
  3. The Service Provider replies to enquiries as soon as possible, within no more than 7 working days.

§ 5. Newsletter

  1. Subscribing to the Newsletter is voluntary and requires an e-mail address and consent to the processing of personal data.
  2. The User may unsubscribe from the Newsletter at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in the message or by using the contact form.
  3. The Newsletter is free of charge.

§ 6. Intellectual property

  1. All content published on the Website (articles, graphics, materials) is protected by copyright. All copyrights belong to the Service Provider.
  2. The User may use the content of the Website for personal use only.
  3. Quoting excerpts of articles is permitted provided that the source is given (the author and the URL of the article).
  4. Copying, reselling or publicly reproducing the content of the Website without the written consent of the Service Provider is prohibited.

§ 7. Liability

  1. The Service Provider is not liable for decisions made on the basis of content published on the Website.
  2. The Service Provider does not guarantee any specific financial or negotiation results.
  3. The Service Provider is not liable for temporary unavailability of the Website caused by technical reasons.

§ 8. Complaints

  1. Complaints should be submitted through the contact form.
  2. The Service Provider handles a complaint within 14 working days.

§ 9. Personal data

The rules for processing personal data are set out in the Privacy Policy.

§ 10. Final provisions

  1. The Service Provider reserves the right to amend these Terms. Amendments take effect upon publication on the Website.
  2. Matters not covered by these Terms are governed by Polish law.
  3. Any disputes will be settled by the court competent for the registered office of the Service Provider.
